PS 16 celebrates the end of the school year with their Annual Community Day. Bronx Arts Ensemble’s Teaching Artist Odane Whilby and his band will perform oldies, pop, and R&B favorites for all ages, while our teaching artists Yahaya Kamate and Evangelina Rivera will give an African drumming performance and offer face painting and a magic show. NYC radio station WQXR will be in attendance, giving kids the chance to make their own instruments.
